During the off season of desert you can generally find us at one many southern California dirt tracks competing in the
California Lightning Sprint Series.
Just as our buggy's do these cars have motorcyle engines for power. The car pictured below is utilizing
a Kawasaki ZX12 on methanol making right at 198hp. Perris Auto Speedway is our home track but we do travel as
far north to Santa Maria and as far south as El Centro. Typical speeds reach 100 to 120 mph depending on the size of
track we are racing at. Double Down off road cars is currently fielding 2 cars n the series with AJ Bender driving the
#21 and Bobby Bender driving the #51.
So if you have the need for speed and can't wait till that opening season rush to the desert, come on out and enjoy some
hard dirt track racing in sunny socal. And remember.
