Single seater at Del Mar Fair Beach Buggy Challenge

Pilot of the single seater was a first time driver. Though he has raced circle track
cars, this was his first time in the buggy. Bobby got faster as the day progressed knocking off 3 seconds from his first time
and finishing 12th over all out of 34 participants.

All Double Down cars come with aluminum side panels and rear wing, housing the aluminium radiator. This is an expensive
option that we include at no extra charge. Base color powder coating is also standard. Pearls, Metalflake and wild colors
or schemes will be additional. This car is orange with a gold pearl overlay.

Your car can be delivered with paddles or off road tires.This car is shown with the optional sand paddles. Off road tires
are standard equipment. Additional wheel/ tire packages are available.

You will get 18" of rear wheel travel, Fox Air Shocks, custom L.E.D. rear lamp, pre-wired billet folding whip mount,
930 C.V.'s with Sway-A-Way axles. All standard equipment.

Your car will include aluminum Douglas wheels, spun aluminum fuel tank with custom sump to accept intank electric fuel
pump with internal regulator, aluminum gauge cluster with Autometer temp gauge, low oil pressure light, starter button, lamp
switch and master switch.

The Double Down Car has 20" of front wheel travel riding on Fox air shocks. Steering is handled thru a 12" steering rack
and quick disconnect steering hub.

Our cars come standard with a sliding wide/highback suspension seat with a five point safety harness. Aluminum floor
pan with front & rear skidplates are also standard. Off road headlamps are included as well and can be upgraded to
H.I.D. lamps.

These cars are extremely fun to drive. They are a safe alternative to dirtbikes and quads and way more affordable then
a full size prerunner. They are very cheap to operate requiring much less fuel than large displacment off road cars. They
are at home in a desert wash, the tallest dune or anywhere off road vehicles are legally operated.

to make a safer, more reliable buggy.

Here you can see the rear drive unit solid mounted into the car. The original sliding plate design was prone to movement.
You can also see the additional roof height to accomodate taller drivers. Beefier rear trailing arms are now standard.

This car is set for serious pre-running with BFG Mud Terrains all the way around, Aluminum Wide 5 15" wheels on Jamar
Billet hubs front and rear.

In this picture you will notice that the front A-arms are longer to improve suspension travel. Not visible is the addition
of double shear upper and lower A-arm mounts. You can really see the added width and height of the drivers compartment for
added comfort.

Heavy duty trailing arms, Jamar Billet hubs with long stub axles, clearanced 930CV axles, dual outboard 4 piston caliper
rear brakes. Just like the big cars only in a much lighter package.

Longer A-arms and Jamar Billet ft. hubs can be upgraded with front brakes if you desire. Heavy duty boxed and reinforced
spindle.
